Although this isn’t actually a label, I wanted to start the blog with this image. Organic salt, chemically, is an oxymoron. Salt is an inorganic compound because it doesn’t contain carbon. Some websites suggest that salt can be labelled as organic if it meets certain standards (location of source, collection methods), I’ve yet to find the standards listed.
